Our Home Ownership program has the following advantages:

• Free admission to our Home Ownership seminars.  Seminars will be held throughout the year covering various subjects geared toward obtaining a mortgage and maintaining your finances
• Meet one-on-one with a Home Ownership counselor to develop your own personal plan of action to qualify for a home loan.  Our Home Ownership counselors have over 40 years experience and have helped 1000's of people get into new homes
• Over the next 2 years the program offers two follow up counseling sessions where we will review your credit and progress.  At this time we can make any revisions to your plan of action if needed
• Rent to Own and Lease purchases have their own set of guidelines.  Learn what you need to know before you sign a contract
• At the end of the program, through education and following your plan of action, you can qualify for better interest rates and mortgage programs
